Service Contracts
ICT offers yearly, on-site service contracts in various hourly
amounts. Additional hours beyond a given service contract will
be provided at a reduced rate for the remainder of the contract year.
Site visit fees are not included in the contract.

ICT Also Offers Extended Warranties!
Extended warranties are available for new and used equipment at the rate of $200 per extra year. Extended warranties cover labor on troubleshooting and repairing hardware problems. They do not cover software / operating system problems, replacement hardware costs, data recovery or issues stemming from user error. Replacement hardware is billed at the normal rate while uncovered labor is billed at a reduced rate.
